I know most of the people are not have any idea how to use Microsoft Outlook 2007. For those use my tricks are given.
Todays people are using email. so u need email address. most of the provider like yahoo, hot mail, gmail nd other they provide IMAP or POP3 service. but only Google can server free for IMAP nd POP3 all other take the money for those service.
So i sujjest use gmail nd life be shine. it takes few times for mail send nd receive.
Sign in now in gmail nd go to setting then activate IMAP or POP3 what u need
so how prepare the IMAP service in ur outlook 2007
follow bellow role
1. Open Outlook.
For new setups, select 'Do not upgrade'.
Select 'Yes'.
Enter display name, email address (including '@googlemail.com') and password.
Click 'Manually configure...'.
Select 'Internet Email'.
Settings name, full email address (including '@googlemail.com').
Select IMAP; use given incoming/outgoing servers.
imap.gmail.com for incoming server nd smtp.gmail.com for outgoing server
imap.gmail.com for incoming server nd smtp.gmail.com for outgoing server
Username should be full Google Mail address, including '@googlemail.com'.
Password:
Password:
then bellow right click more setting
then click upper menu of outgoing server tick the blank box
then again click the upper menu of advance
Incoming server must be 993, and must use SSL encryption.
Outgoing server can use 587, TLS encryption.
Click 'OK' > 'Next' > 'Finish' > 'Close' > 'OK'.
so how prepare the POP3 service in ur outlook 2007

Open Outlook or Outlook Express.
Click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Accounts...'
Click 'Add,' and then click 'Mail...'
Enter your name in the 'Display name:' field, and click 'Next.'
Enter your full Google Mail email address (username@googlemail.com) in the 'Email address:'
field, and click 'Next.'
Enter 'pop.googlemail.com' in the 'Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:' field. Enter
'smtp.googlemail.com' in the 'Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:' field.
Click 'Next.'
Enter your Google Mail user name (including '@googlemail.com') in the 'Account name:' field.
Enter your Google Mail user name (including '@googlemail.com') in the 'Account name:' field.
Enter your Google Mail password in the 'Password:' field, and click 'Next.'
Click 'Finish'.
Click 'Finish'.
Highlight 'pop.googlemail.com' under 'Account' and click 'Properties'.
Click the 'Advanced' tab.
Click the 'Advanced' tab.
Tick the box next to 'This server requires a secure connection (SSL)' under 'Outgoing Mail (SMTP)'.
Enter '465' in the 'Outgoing mail (SMTP):' field.
Tick the box next to 'This server requires a secure connection (SSL)' under 'Incoming mail (POP3)'. The port will change to 995.*The order of 'Outgoing' and 'Incoming' mail server fields varies by version. Make sure you enter the correct information in each field.
Click the 'Servers' tab and tick the box next to 'My server requires authentication'.
Click 'OK'.
